Learning for LiveWell and WorkWell Partners

A working programme for the people who sit across from a buyer. It teaches the craft of the conversation — what to ask, what you may say, what to do when you do not know — and it is assessed by a coach who reads your practice, not by a quiz.

What is inside

22 courses, in two halves: the craft that applies to every conversation, and one source-discipline module for each publicly named Max development.

    Partner craft and compliance

Skills a LiveWell or WorkWell Partner needs on every project. These do not depend on an approved project pack, so they are complete today.

  • 2

    Max Group

Parent context for partner learning. SEVA, LiveWell, previous projects and commercial topics are named because the working brief asked for them; approved definitions are not in this record.

  • 2

    Max Estates

This LMS's brand. Estate59 is the first full partner path. Other listed names each have one source-discipline module until Max supplies an approved project pack.

  • 12

    Project modules

One per publicly named development, each teaching the same discipline: say what is published, mark what is not, and route the rest to someone who can confirm it.

How it works

  1. One step at a time

Each lesson moves in single steps and remembers the exact one you left on, so a session interrupted by a site visit resumes where it stopped.

  2. Practise on a real situation

You write what you would actually say to a customer. Feedback explains why an answer works or fails, and you can retry.

  3. A coach reads it

Your practice goes to a coach, who responds in writing. Readiness is something a coach records — it is not awarded by finishing the screens.

  4. Your work stays yours

Drafts, submissions and feedback are private to you and your coach. A colleague in the same firm cannot read them.

What this does not do

It does not state a Max specification, price, delivery date or commercial term, and nothing in it should be quoted to a customer as one. Practice scenarios are fictional. Where a module teaches statutory duties it names the provision it comes from, and where it teaches a registration number it teaches you to verify it on the state authority portal rather than repeating one from memory — numbers are reissued and revoked.
